3. Account Security, Verification & User Responsibility

3.1 Data Accuracy Requirements

To access certain programs or complete checkout streams, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, a verified corporate or personal email address, a functional WhatsApp contact number, and corporate metadata.

• If a user elects to upgrade to a higher-tiered experience, they must clear the remaining balance prior to session entry.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Restraints

6.1 Ownership of Capital

All content hosted on this website or delivered during public programs, including text, custom graphics, video frameworks, proprietary worksheets, slides, logos, and audio recordings, is the exclusive intellectual property of Zohair Allibhoy Co. and is protected under global copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Liability Capping

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international law, Zohair Allibhoy Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, corporate data, or operational disruptions. In all instances, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of this agreement is strictly capped at the total amount paid by you to Zohair Allibhoy Co. during the transaction under dispute.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, alongside our published Privacy Policy and Delivery, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zohair Allibhoy Co. regarding website interaction and online billing workflows.

9.2 Severability

If any specific clause within this document is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under state law, that specific provision will be limited or severed. The remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

9.3 Amendments
